ABOUT THIS ROLE Heroic Public Speaking is seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks Online to support our financial operations.
Reporting to the Sr.
Director, Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping for the organization.
Role & Responsibilities Support the Director of Operations in financial administration.
Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Manage and track expenses, ensuring proper categorization.
Vendor Management:
Handle vendor payments and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Accurately input financial data and transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Must have a strong level of computer literacy and demonstrate a willingness to learn new software and systems quickly.
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and data entry skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Effective communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to students, coworkers, and vendors.

) SALARY and HOURS This is a part-time position with a salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
The maximum working hours for this position are 20 hours per week, and we offer flexible working hours.
WORK LOCATION AND TRAVEL This role is predominantly remote.
However, you may occasionally need to travel to our headquarters, located in Lambertville, NJ, for collaborative team meetings and events.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
