Role As a Human Resource Leader (also known as HR Manager, HR Business Partner), you'll partner across the organization to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the company's human resources services, policies, and programsThis position guides decision-making processes and positively impacts the results of the organization by playing a hands-on role in recruiting, retaining, developing, and rewarding the industry's best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliantThis role involves both strategic and tactical duties for multiple locations.
